MRV setup fee
Configuration of meter / SCADA / sensor ingestion and evidence vault.
MRV monthly fee
Ongoing data ingestion, QA/QC and monitoring report support.
Data room fee
Buyer-side data room hosting, NDA and KYC/KYB workflow.
Buyer diligence fee
Per-engagement diligence pack preparation.
Transaction support fee
LOI / ERPA workflow, registry transfer instruction support, retirement evidence.
Success fee (where allowed)
Where permitted by jurisdiction and disclosed up-front. Never a hidden spread.
